Harry is both an experienced litigator and corporate attorney. Harry draws from his vast experience in general business law to advise his clients on business planning and implementation, contract negotiations and financing matters. Harry is also involved in the area of real estate tax reduction. He is presently affiliated with the Firm in an of counsel capacity.

AREAS OF LEGAL SPECIALIZATION
Harry practices in the areas of litigation, business transactions and real estate property tax reduction. Harry’s representation of business clients encompasses a broad spectrum of legal matters and allows him to draw from a wealth of experience in a wide variety of secured and unsecured financing in connection with asset-based loans, commercial real estate mortgage loans, leveraged buy-out financing, and limited partnership offerings. Harry also contests real estate tax assessments by filing complaints with the Assessor's Office, the Board of Review, the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board and in the Circuit Court in the form of specific tax objections. The complaints are filed in Cook County and throughout the State of Illinois. The properties involved cover the entire spectrum of industrial, commercial and residential real estate, including downtown Chicago office buildings, shopping centers, steel plants and other industrial facilities, landfills, motels, nursing homes, apartment buildings, housing projects, condominiums and exempt properties.
