SFNR's Litigation Group features seasoned trial lawyers who deliver
results. The Group's philosophy of practice mirrors that of our Firm:
to provide cost- effective legal representation that gives full
consideration to the objectives of our clients. We do not consider
litigation to
be an end onto itself, but rather one of several options
available to our clients to solve their legal problems and meet their
business objectives. Consistent with our clients' best interests, we
zealously litigate, mediate and/or arbitrate. Because nothing drives a
favorable settlement more than readiness for trial, we are prepared to
try any case, quickly and in as cost-effective a manner as practical.
We work closely with our clients to develop case strategies and to
ensure decision-making consistent with stated objectives. More
importantly, we strive for a level of personal contact with each
client that, as a Firm, we take pride in maintaining. We explore all
available options with our clients, and target our investigation,
research, discovery, and litigation efforts to desired objectives.
Flexibility is an important, if not critical, trait for litigators
in today's legal environment, and we recognize that litigation is
initiated to serve multiple, diverse goals: economic, social,
political, and personal. Our Litigation Group factors the goals of
each client into our recommended strategies.
