Rich is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. He began his career with clerkships with the Hon. Meir Shamgar, Chief Justice (retired) of the Supreme Court of Israel, and the Hon. Dom J. Rizzi, Justice (retired) of the Illinois Appellate Court. Rich focuses his practice on commercial litigation and civil and criminal appeals. He has presented cases before the Illinois Appellate Court and Illinois Supreme Court. He has also presented cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and other state appellate and supreme courts throughout the country.

AREAS OF LEGAL SPECIALIZATION
Rich represents clients in a variety of matters at the trial level, including cases involving breach of contract, covenants not to compete, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, the Illinois Trade Secrets Act, the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act, education law, as well as shareholder derivative actions and cases seeking injunctive and equitable relief. Rich has also prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of clients for personal injuries and legal malpractice, and represents clients both in civil and criminal matters in appellate and supreme courts.
